These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Virtueasy Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Virtueasy is a brand operated by Messick Marketing.
The Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide. There is no minimum follower count or prior affiliate experience required. Virtueasy reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate referral link. Referrals are tracked via browser cookie for 30 days from the initial click. Sales completed within this window will be credited to your account. You may not use redirects, cloaking tools, or any method to obscure the affiliate relationship from Virtueasy's tracking system.
Approved affiliates earn a flat 40% commission on every confirmed sale generated through their unique affiliate link. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active affiliates. The current rate applies to all products in the Virtueasy catalog at the time of sale.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Program:
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you share your affiliate link. This is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions. An acceptable disclosure looks like: "This contains an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you." The disclosure must be prominent and easy to see — not buried in small print.
You may use Virtueasy's name and publicly available product descriptions in your promotional content. You may not alter Virtueasy's logo, modify product images, or create content that misrepresents the product, its price, or its features. Virtueasy reserves the right to request removal of any affiliate content that violates these guidelines.
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Virtueasy may remove affiliates immediately and without prior notice for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions for confirmed, non-refunded sales will be paid at the next scheduled payout date. Commissions from sales made after termination will not be credited.
Virtueasy reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or any other Program terms at any time. Active affiliates will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days' notice via the email on file.
Virtueasy's liability to any affiliate is limited to unpaid commissions owed for confirmed sales. Virtueasy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Effingham County, Georgia.
