Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to digital products sold under the Virtueasy brand by Messick Marketing LLC ("Virtueasy," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Digital products and delivery

Product details, included materials, and the price charged are shown on the sales page and at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars. Digital access is delivered immediately after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and preserving any access credentials.

All sales are final

Because our digital products are available immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you cannot access a product or encounter a technical problem, contact hello@virtueasy.com so we can help restore access.

License and acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may customize outputs you create for your own use or clients, but you may not copy, share, publish, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the underlying lessons, prompts, tools, templates, access codes, or files.

Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. You authorize the displayed charge when you submit payment. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your purchase.

No earnings guarantee

Virtueasy products are educational resources and business tools. We do not promise employment, clients, revenue, profit, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, market, experience, decisions, and circumstances. Examples are illustrative, not guarantees.

Disclaimers and liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or employment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtueasy and Messick Marketing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from a purchase or use of a product. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented when you purchase governs that transaction. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law in your location requires otherwise.
